Can't re-list or edit as of 2/8/24
The past 2 weeks or so, when making new listing and then attempting to save as draft ot list there is an error message (say's not my fault on error page) and most information is NOT saved. I am forced to attempt with minimal information then to save as draft so/until it accepts all inforrmation - THEN I attempt to list for "real". Now - today 2-8-24 I am unable to re-list or edit items without it automatically going back to the top of the item list/edit page.
24 - 72 hours till a "fix" I am told. Ebay tech support knows about this since last March (2023) and it's still an issue. One would think this should be a top priority. But what do I know?

·2 years agoDo not feel bad i have not been able to access my ebay seller account since 1/29. Ebay IT department has received 4 service request orders from their supervisors. I still cannot get in. I am a TRS+ so nothing surprises me when it comes to issues with ebay. Good luck with your rpoblem but do not hold your breath.
