What operating system are you using?
Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.
Try another device to rule out a device issue.
Try using the eBay app to access your cart.
See if you can delete items or "Save for Later" to clear your cart.
If you cannot use your cart to purchase multiple items from the same seller, try signing in to ebay.ca and use the cart there; each country site has its own cart system.

·3 weeks agoHave you tried to purchase bypassing the cart altogether, straight from the listing or your watchlist?
I rarely use the cart option unless I'm buying from more than one listing a seller has up....................
