Can't confirm return address for buyer, error on eBay page

I'm trying to confirm the return address for two returns filed by buyers, which were automatically approved, and on multiple devices I get an "It's not you" error page when I click Confirm. Obviously these need this step completed so the buyers can return the items. Anyone else having issue with the return process as a seller?
