Browser or app? Any difference if you try another browser?
What happens when you try to add an item to your list?
How many active items on your list? How many ended items? Be sure you are looking at the entire list, not just a subset.

Any difference if you view your Watch List items on your Summary page?

OP3 weeks agoYou are correct - I was not seeing my entire list. When I deleted a bunch old items, I was able to add the new items. Thanks!
