Cannot upload photos from mobile to computer
I cannot upload photos from my iPhone to computer. I get notification on my phone but after that it just keeps buffering.

Did you use Samsung or an iPhone?

·2 weeks ago · Edited@hrenman I don't use an iphone but on my samsung android I just plug my phone charging cable into a USB port on my computer to charge it every morning.
While it's charging I can go to "This PC" on my start menu and there's my phone the DVD drive etc. I just click on my phone and drag and drop photos and/or music to my PC and to my phone as needed or wanted from the DCIM (camera) or music folder(s) on my phone. I routinely move photos to a folder on my desktop from my phone as to keep my phone uncluttered.
I change out my music the same way on my phone. No need for the cloud or any up/down loads. Just drag 'n' drop from one folder to the other...............

Trying sending photo to your email and open the email on your computer and then you can download photo?
