Cannot upload photos - 75% failure rate, console log provided
Summary: jmm-824 experienced issues with uploading images to eBay, encountering a high failure rate and JavaScript errors on multiple browsers on Mac. Although the problem seemed resolved initially, it resurfaced later. eburtonlab suggested using the eBay app as a potential workaround, referencing a similar issue resolved this way in the past.

Hello Community!
Today, suddenly the ebay.com website appears broken. When creating a listing, 50+% of image uploads fail. Retrying a single image takes several attempts, but eventually succeeds. There are several errors in the Javascript console. The useless Help bot transferred me to an agent with a 2 minute wait. An hour later, I'm still waiting. There does not appear to be a more direct way to alert ebay about website failures. Tried multiple browsers on Mac. All fail in exactly the same way.
I have 100+ items to list today with 500+ photos. Any suggestions?

·1 week agoHaving the same problem with the photos today. Since the new format, other problems have arisen such as automatically relisted items are still listed in the inactive section. I am double checking to make sure I don't relist an item already active. And multiple relistings are now not nearly as easy. Not sure we needed all these changes!

·1 week agoIf photo uploads fail from a different browser, are you able to use the eBay app as a temporary workaround?
There was recently an issue uploading images to eBay messages via browser, and using the app was a workaround for that.
