Cannot search in app
Cannot search in the app. Every search I try comes back saying, "No exact matches found". I've made sure the app is updated, I've deleted the app and reinstalled, updated my phone, tried everything I can think of, but it's been days and nothing is working. Does anyone know how to fix this?

·1 week agoAt least one user seems to have gotten better results by changing the sort order to something other than "Best match".
If uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, and reinstalling the latest version of the eBay app does not help, try using a browser to search instead of the app until there is a new version of the app to try.
