·2 years agoThe same problem occurred just after I purchased an item from a Chines seller. Is it caused by international matter or coincidence?

·2 years agoBeen having the same problem for 3 days, as well. I've reported this to ebay in two chat sessions, but they have yet to fix the glitch. This issue is affecting many people, so it's not some one off. I read a couple of threads last night and this seems to be affecting mostly people who use Macs. I've been forced to shop on Amazon now, which I don't like doing and it's pissing me off.

Which browser and operating system are you using? Latest versions? Some mac users seem to be having problems.
Can you complete a purchase if you use a different browser?

·2 years agoOS X is a family of Mac operating systems also known as OS 10 (or 10 point something).
Can you use the eBay app on your iPad?
Or another device with a different operating system?
