Cannot create new listing - empty messages tab'
Hello, I am unable to create new listings. I see a message stating I have open issues to resolve, but my Messages tab is empty. Over the past month, I have contacted eBay support over 10 times, but the issue remains unresolved. I was told to verify my identification, but the status shows everything is green with no issues. Please assist me in investigating and clearing this block so I can resume selling. Thank you.

·2 weeks agoUnfortunately we can't help you here. You have to work directly with Ebay to resolve the issues. Until they get resolved, it is highly unlikely they will release your account. I would however suggest that you look over any and all emails you have gotten from Ebay VERY VERY closely. You may have missed something in them that will help you. Don't skim over them, read them carefully with the goal in mind to resolve your issues. Same with any on screen messages / warning that you are getting. The answers are usually in the details. Don't assume anything.
At the top and bottom of every page in Ebay are links to contact Customer Service.
You should save this information as it can come in handy from time to time. At the very bottom is a link in which you can request Ebay to call you.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT or ask an Agent to call you, in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

From this link you can request Ebay to call you in the USA. The option is available when Staff is available to respond, so NOT 24/7/365.
