Cannot communicate with customer service agent. They do not respond to the call back nor do they enter the online chat.
I have tried to contact an Ebay customer service agent over the time period of about 2 hours but they do not call me back nor do they enter the chat line.

·2 weeks agoStop trying. This is an automated site. Like trying to get the IRS on the phone April 15th.
Plus, It will only be a 'bot' and/or a rep from a 3rd World Country that has NO clue and NO ability to do anything.
So, simply spill your guts here and someone with actual experience will tell you how to proceed.
