Cannot change registered address from Singapore to United Kingdom
I live in UK. I want to start selling from my address in the UK. When I set up my account in 2012 I was living in Singapore and have an old sellers account linked to my old address there. Attempts to change my personal address from Singapore to UK generate the error code - This change is not permitted at this time.{e213198-1183635x} .
How to solve this?

> For selling you will need to link bank account with the Singapore address. The reason is when you register with other site address the details are locked by system and hence we can't update or permit users to register with different address.

Open a new account.
We can't just say I moved from here to here to here. It's just not honest.

@eburtonlab is correct - due to Managed Payments restrictions, users can no longer change registered countries as was allowed in the past.
You will have to open a new account with UK eBay www.ebay.co.uk with a different email and start over.

·2 years agoI do not think it is possible to change the country of a selling account since Managed Payments was begun.
You will likely need to create a new account on ebay.co.uk.
