Cannot Access eBay Store listings from Store Main Page
In my eBay Store, and others, when I click on a listing from the eBay Store main page, I get this error: "There seems to be a problem serving the request at this time" and the listing does not come up at all. This has been happening for the last 1/2 hour or so.

·3 years agoWhatever the problem was, ebay seems to have fixed it. I can see all my listings again today.

·3 years agoI have had this issue since Sunday. I have contacted eBay customer service who said they were working on it. I cant gain access to my listings via my store front or anyone else's listings going through their store front from my pc.

·3 years agoI am getting the same message, when I try to look at items in my store. I can not get any of my listings to come up.

·3 years agoAlso, I've tried to access the store through ebay.co.uk and it does work. So it seems it is a ebay.com issue

·3 years agoI also have this problem in my PC, using Chrome, but not on the app. I'm a niche seller and this impacts niche sellers tremendously, as many sellers buy from the store directly.I never had such abysmal sales as last couple of days.

·3 years agoOut of curiosity for those who are experiencing the problem - does the problem also occur if you click "see all" at the bottom of the store page and then try to click on items from there?
It looks like this may be an issue with the Quick View pop up in stores, but I'm wondering if as a temporary workaround you could navigate to see all items from that seller and find the item from there.

·3 years agoThank you for that suggestion. The problem does not occur when I select "see all". Yes, the problem is with the pop-up view in the stores. My concern is that buyers having this problem may not figure out the workaround and will just leave the store.

·3 years agoI am not sure if anyone else replied yet, yes this does work. But of course the real issue is the buyers need to guess that it might work and try it. I saw a post from a buyer who thought a seller had blocked them for some reason because they kept getting this error.

·3 years agoOn Chrome. Happening to me on my own storefront and when I click on a listing from others' stores that I have never visited. It does not happen when I use an incognito window. I would just like this fixed rather than getting a lecture about clearing cookies, please, which is not something customers will bother to do! THANKS!!

·3 years agoI have been having this problem since this morning. I cannot open listings in my store or any other stores. I called ebay this morning and have contacted ebay for business. I am using edge. There have been sellers in other chats with the same problem.

·3 years agoI can load your listings fine using iOS safari, using iOS chrome, after updating the app, clearing cache, history, and signing in again I cannot.

·3 years agoMe, too, and it is NOT just you ... or me ... etc. It is an actual real problem despite what some people on this thread insist on insisting.

·3 years agoI get the same error using chrome on Mac OS and iOS.

·3 years agoAre you able to view other sellers' listings via the same store link?
If the problem is just with viewing your own store links, try doing so in a private or incognito browser window before and after signing in.
If that works, go back to your non-private browser window and see if clearing your browser cache helps. Next step, try manually deleting just your eBay cookies.

·3 years agoI clear history and cache on iOS chrome. I can see the OPs store and listings fine. If I search and pick a random store I cannot see that sellers listings.

I had no problems viewing store links in Firefox or Opera, but I did see that error message when using Edge. I cleared the cache and manually deleted all eBay cookies using the lock icon to the left of the page address, then restarted the browser and signed in, and the error went away.

·3 years agoIt's funny that you never seem to have any problems when others report them. Rather than chiming in to say NBD, why not let someone who can fix the problem you think is in everyone's head answer?

When the thread began, there were a couple of posts by sellers that indicated problems looking at their own store items only. Since I could see their store items, I thought it might be useful to post that the problem was not that their items were not viewable to everyone.
When someone says "I can't see X", and someone else replies "I can still see X under these conditions", the second statement is not a criticism of the original statement, but further data that can help to define the extent of the problem and perhaps point to a solution or a workaround.
In this case I was unable to reproduce the error at all until I tried a different browser, which indicates that the problem is not limited to sellers viewing their own store items, but is also not something that every user will necessarily encounter, either.
Not sure where you get the idea that I am dismissing the issue, or that I indicated the problem is "in everyone's head".

·3 years agoNope. They are non-existent to even click on, at least they are on the page I looked at for the OP's items in firefox. (see screen shot) I can see the sponsored items in the listing in Chrome though and they open when I click on them.

Is the problem still happening for either of you?
I can follow the links to your stores and open listings without any issues at the moment.
If the problem is a cache issue, then it is much more likely to happen to a seller reviewing their own listings via the store than to a random buyer unless the buyer has used the exact same link store link within a certain period of time.

·3 years agoI'm still getting the same issue on Chrome. Cleared the cache, still showing. Firefox seems okay but I stopped using that because I couldn't see messages in it.
