Buying Restriction/Prohibition
I'm being advised that I can't buy from a Seller I'm trying to order from more than once in 10 days. The thing is that I've never ordered from this seller before!

A "once in ten days" limit is a setting the seller has in the seller's buyer requirements; it can apply to users with another outstanding bid or offer, not just someone who has made a previous purchase.
It is possible that if you contact the seller the seller will allow you to purchase more than one item; it may be a setting the seller was not aware of or forgot about. Or the seller may just want to limit sales to one per customer within ten days.

OP5 months agoBut I didn't buy from the Seller at all, yet. And after the first time I looked at the item and couldn't buy, the Seller made an offer to me.

Perhaps eBay is counting that offer as a potential sale and preventing you from making another offer or another purchase until that offer expires or is rejected.

OP5 months agoI had the problem both when I originally tried to buy the item, then when I tried to accept the offer. Thanks for trying to explain.

When you try to purchase, where are you wanting to have it shipped? If international and the seller doesn't have EIS (ebay international shipping) enabled, the seller may not ship internationally.

OP5 months agoNo...My delivery address is my residential location. In short, eBay suggests it's an issue with Seller's settings.

·5 months agoA seller does have a setting where they can block a buyer from buying again within a certain amount of time.
If you haven't bought from the seller before, that wouldn't affect you.

·5 months ago@brha_5137 could be the feedback you have left for others. Very few transactions with this account and several issues. Shows that a transaction could very well be problematic.

In addition to the feedbacks you've left for several sellers, another reason why you may be blocked has to do with sellers' settings.
Sellers can limit the number of purchases newbies can make within a certain number of days.
EDIT TO ADD: FYI, sellers can block any buyer for any reason or for no reason. It doesn't matter whether they have a history with you.
Did you send the seller a question prior to trying to make a purchase?
