Buyers not being given internation shipping options
I have eBay International Shipping selected in my account, and I see eBay International Shipping listed in my listings as I create or revise them. However, my buyers are not seeing international shipping listed when they go to purchase my items. How can I correct the fact that International buyers can't purchase my items? Or, is this a system issue that eBay needs to correct?

·3 weeks ago · Edited@americanproudproducts You are not enrolled in eBay International Shipping. I looked at your listings and you only ship to the United States.
It appears you are set up to ship internationally on your own as the only excluded places seem to be what eBay does not allow shipping to...not sure about those islands though so don't quote me on that. The problem is you do not offer an international shipping service. You are offering Priority Mail (as a first choice no less, why??), UPS Ground, and USPS GA. Those are all domestic services and international buyers cannot use them.
If you want to ship internatioanlly on your own, which I do not recommend, you need to add an international service.
Otherwise, you need to enroll in eBay International Shipping. Click on your name in the upper left, then account. You'll go to the page below. Look at what I've highlighted. There should be a toggle button there to enroll in eBay International Shipping. Then your buyer will be able to make a purchase as long as the item can be sent there.

OP2 weeks agoThank you for your comment! I did exactly as you said, and my account already says I have eBay International Shipping activated. I have been using this feature since it came out and have shipped many packages to the US ebay shipping point for international shipments. Even though I have this activated, my buyers can't select international shipping (same as you see in your example below). The items I have had this issue so far have all been electronic devices of some kind. The main issue that is causing me grief now is for NEW in original packaging electrical Multimeter test meters.

·2 weeks ago@americanproudproducts It is likely those products cannot be shipped through eIS. There won't be any getting around it. The buyer can use a freight forwarder, but if the country bans those products from coming in, it will just end up in a mess.
I would explain to the buyer their country does not allow those products in and you are not able to ship it to them. Otherwise you will be dealing with a headache over a $40 item.

Due to recent restrictions by the European Union, many American products can no longer be sent to those countries -- so it's not the fault of eBay, but rather the restrictions of the EU, as well as additional restrictions from some of the individual countries.
Add in the new tariffs, and it makes it even more difficult.

OP2 weeks agoThank you for the comment! Any idea how to get a list of products that can't be shipped international on eBay?

That all depends upon the individual countries in a lot of cases -- it's a kind of hit or miss situation -- some countries accept particular items, while others don't.
All you can do is try to see what happens.
