Buyers Counter Offers That I Accepted is Nowhere to Be Found

Hi, I hope you can help. I use "Best Offer" for most of my listings. I just had 2 counter offers from buyers that I accepted and then they go to Pending. Problem is that when I accept, the email with the counter offer disappears, the accepted order on the offer disappears and no matter where I look they just are nowhere to be found. Unless the buyer pays, I lose track of them and cannot send payment invoices or anything to prompt payment. If this happens to me it must happen to all sellers.
