Bulk Listing Tool competely non-operational

I've been trying to use the bulk listing tool for the past hour and cannot get a single listing to load in the "edit listing" page. Every listing just sits in page loading mode and will not load, no matter how long I wait. I've tried multiple browsers on different devices and its the same on all.
