Bug with offers.
eBay has a bug.
• If you make an offer on an item,
• the offer then expires.
• The seller then accepts the offer.
• The buyer receives the notification that the offer was accepted and to pay the offered amount.
• Customer pays and eBay charges the full amount Instead of the offered amount and seller has to issue a partial refund.
