Broken "Sign in again" banner leads to "Pardon our Interruption" error

Question

@devon@ebay

Someone pointed this out on Reddit, and I have been able to verify it happens to me as well.

When signing out of eBay to sign in to a different eBay account, using the green "Sign in again" banner leads directly and repeatably to a "Pardon our Interruption" error page.

This appears to be the bad link:

https://signin.ebay.com/signin/?sgfl=lgp

And an alternative, working sign in link that appears on the same page in the upper left:

https://signin.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SignIn&sgfl=gh

Here is the banner:

And here is the result of clicking on the banner:

The full URL of the error page is this:

https://www.ebay.com/splashui/distil?ap=2&appName=orch&page=block&iid=9af0080b-7f52-4b80-bd14-8372bf3a60cf&iim=PMTI4Ljm&iia=ABE5Ny40Mi&iiz=xYBMC4yMDM*eYm

Hey @eburtonlab! Can you test again and see if you are still getting the same sign-in error?
