Blocked Buyer Unable to Contact Me
I am having a problem with blocked buyers not being able to contact me. I have checked blocked settings and I do NOT have a tick in the box “don’t allow blocked buyer to contact meâ€. This has now resulted in me receiving negative feedback as a blocked buyer thinks I am ignoring them! I blocked the buyer as they claimed lots of separate orders had not arrived so blocked them until we got to the bottom of the problem. I need help with removal of the unjustified negative feedbacks and fix to the technical issue stopping blocked buyers from contacting me.

·1 year agofor well over a year that box has been deactivated by eBay.
All blocked buyers are "blocked" from messaging....................by default (eBay policy)
ETA: You are in the UK, but the policy for a block is likely the same.
ETA again: and unless there has been a change buyer gets no indication that their outgoing messages are blocked.
