Best way to contact a real ebay agent
How do I get a real person to either call me back or chat with to report 2 ongoing technical issues. I am really tired of talking with an ai bot that gets me nowhere.

·3 weeks ago · EditedI feel your frustration! When on the help page w/ AI , keep typing in "agent" and eventually you will see that you can talk to an agent via chat OR have us call you. You will receive a call back ( make sure your ringer is on and you have no blocks in place).

You may be better off asking your general question here for advice from experienced users.
You should be able to request a call back by starting from the Help and Contact page, following the prompts for your issue, and then using the chat assistant to request a call back in North America.
If you are unable to get a call back, try contacting eBay via social media by sending a direct message to eBay via Instagram.
