Best Offer order stuck in "Still processing" for four days | Report eBay Technical Issues

I made an order on Friday night. It's now Tuesday afternoon. When I selected Pay By Bank, an error occurred (no option to select a payment), and rather than prompting me for another method, the order went into Still Processing status. It's now showing twice in my Orders. One says "Order processing", the other says "Awaiting payment". Clicking on Pay Now on the Awaiting Payment item takes me to the same order page as the first.Been through Customer Service multiple times and they've raised tickets, but doesn't seem to be any resolution. Quite annoying as I used a £50 off voucher and I don't want to lose it (as today's the last day to pay before it's released back to the seller!)
