Awaiting shipment total dollar amount not displaying

Hey. Have you guys noticed any issues on your awaiting shipment page? Mine isn't showing the total dollar amount sold. I see all the sales displayed correctly, but the total $$ sales aren't. Any advice is appreciated.

They now expect us to go to Performance and run a freaking report instead of just opening the page, selecting the time window etc and seeing the totals.

I use the totals to reconcile with my records and catch discrepancies in a short time frame.

OP1 week agoThey said it was a glitch and the technicians were working on it. It has been days. I'm not quite sure if it will come back, to be honest.

·1 week agoWe are having the same issues and I want to add that this is not just a cosmetic Seller Hub change for higher-volume sellers.
The accumulated dollar totals on pages such as Awaiting Shipment were genuinely useful operational tools. Being able to see the total value of the orders waiting to ship made it possible to quickly reconcile a shipping batch, monitor daily sales volume, and catch discrepancies without having to export a report or manually add individual orders.
I am also seeing the loss of aggregate dollar values across other order/date views, so this appears broader than just the Awaiting Shipment page.
If this was an intentional design change, I would strongly encourage eBay to reconsider it. Removing summary information makes Seller Hub less efficient for sellers processing a significant number of orders. If it is a technical issue, it would be helpful if eBay could acknowledge it and provide a ticket number or expected resolution.
The individual orders are still there—the problem is that the useful accumulated totals that were previously displayed are no longer available.
Hopefully someone from the Seller Hub/product team sees this. These kinds of seemingly small workflow features make a meaningful difference to sellers using eBay as a business every day.

·1 week agoThis change has made Seller Hub noticeably less useful for me as a seller. The total value shown in the Sold and Awaiting Dispatch sections was not just a cosmetic figure – it was an important part of my daily workflow.
I used it constantly to see, at a glance, the total value of orders sold and the value of orders currently waiting to be dispatched. It gave me an immediate overview of my workload and sales without having to download reports, open additional pages or manually add up individual orders.
Removing this information creates unnecessary extra work and makes order management less efficient. I really cannot understand why such a useful feature was removed, especially when it took up very little space and provided genuinely valuable information to sellers.
If this was caused by a recent update or redesign, then something important has been lost in the process. Seller Hub should be designed around the practical needs of sellers who use it every day, not just around making the interface look cleaner.
Please restore the total order value in both the Sold and Awaiting Dispatch sections. It was a simple but extremely useful feature, and removing it has made the selling experience worse rather than better.

·1 week agoYes, mine is missing too. I like to check last week, monthly, 90, and yearly from time to time. The month (sept) just ended so I wanted to see gross sales and can't see dollar amounts for any previously stated.
