Auction Items Ended But Still Showing Up as Active
Summary: chokestone is experiencing a technical issue where items that ended with no bidders in a 7-day auction are still appearing as active. Attempts to end or revise the listings have been unsuccessful, and previous chats with live agents have not resolved the issue. The participant considers contacting another live agent as the only remaining option.
Have chatted with two live agents already and this technical issue is still not fixed. 7 day auction items (which do not automatically renew) ended with no bidders. There are ten items that show on my Active list (although they are not Active). If I click on End the listing, I cannot and if I click on Revise the listing, I get the message that I am not allowed to revise Ended items; in short, nothing I can do from my end. One item has been there for 97 days and the others for 14 days. Seems that my only option is to once again chat with another live agent.

·3 weeks agoYou are doing just fine if you are referring to your Active Listing found in the Seller Hub. The active listings show you all the listings you have, whether or not there is a qty available, to list or are listed.
Because listings appear on your Active Listings does NOT mean they are available for any buyer that may want to purchase or bid on the items. It is a list for YOU in the Seller Hub so that you can manage your listings.
For example, in Site Preferences, if you have the OOS setting checked for your inventory, on ALL Fixed Priced listings that have a zero qty, they will appear on your Active Listings for up to six months before they drop off so that you can restock them if you want. But buyers can't see them until you update the qty.
In looking at your store, I see ZERO active listings of any kind.
