Attempting to reply to buyer message gives "Bad Request"
A customer emailed me about having trouble tracking a package. I'm trying to respond by clarifying to track it through USPS, and that the USPS tracking system has been down for about 2.5 hours. When I click to send the message, I get this error. I've tried multiple times, using Chrome and Firefox. Sending them a message through their profile and clicking it's not about an item worked. Please fix this! Hopefully eBay can look up this code and see what happened.

·3 years agoIf you're navigating to the message reply through your email, try going directly to your messages page. That usually works for me to get around this issue. https://mesg.ebay.com/mesgweb/ViewMessages/0
