App on iPhone 12 opens then crashes
App on iPhone 12 as soon as I sign in it closes the app. Have reset and updated phone also reinstalled app several times.

·3 years agoI’m having exactly the same issue. EBay say it’s the phone, and Apple say it’s EBay???

OP3 years agoYep just tried again and still same thing. I reinstall the app and as soon as I log in it automatically closes. When I open closes instantly

·3 years agoI deleted the app again, shutdown my phone, turned my phone back on and downloaded the app again. Still crashing for me.

·3 years agoSome users are apparently having a problem with the iOS version of the eBay app.

Until eBay updates the app or addresses the issue, try using a mobile browser to reach eBay instead.
