For the most part, unlike the last two years, this month I have got no server errors, no system failures while working on the site listing and such. So my sales jumped back up close to where they should be the last 15 days. $800-$1100 a day selling 55-85 items a day. Last night there was a scheduled update to the site and now today, halfway through the day (2pm central time) I am sitting at only 11 items sold at $185. I called in and asked if the update would cause our items to have to index which could explain this extremely off red flag day. She contact others and tried to find out any known issues with the site and came back with nothing and said that indexing would not be an issue with the site maintenance that happened. She did create a ticket for the IT team being this is something really odd. Even battling the server errors and system failures for the last two year I have not had a day with only 11 sold half way through the day. So just reaching out to see if anyone who does this like I do (on the site 12 hours a day listing) with a bigger store (I have 50k items listed) have noticed any thing WAY off today.
