Anyone know why eBay won't answer the phone?
Hi all,
I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone from eBay via phone for over a week. I haven't been able to edit my listing. I'm losing money because it says I'm out of stock when I'm not, and another item is actually out of stock but people keep buying it because I can't change the listing. I'm furious with all the fees I pay to eBay, that I can't get the help I need to fix this.
Anyone also experiencing this?

Did you really need to dig up a 2 yr old thread to post that sort of comment?

·2 years agoDid you try requesting a call back?
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a chat with an agent or a call back.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
If nothing else works, try this link:

·3 years agoYes i have an anchor store and should be getting "dedicated customer support" however i cant even call in. The option to get a callback from a call center is there, but that is not dedicated support.

For general questions you can try asking on the discussion boards. Experienced users can offer suggestions.
Or you can use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page to request a call back from eBay. Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat option. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent" to request a call-back if you are in North America.

If using the "Contact us" link takes you directly to the chat assistant window, you may have to enter some context dependent cues to get to the call back link.
Or you can contact eBay via social media:
