Any help?
Anyone know what I can do? I made a purchase to an offer the seller sent me. My card was charged but I did not receive a confirmation number or email or nothing saying I made a purchase. Been trying to figure this out for about 3 hours. Any help?

·8 months agoPer your feedback profile, you've made at least 7 purchases in the past month.
Can you check on those and see if one of them is the one in question?
PS: For those who are trying to help this buyer, he/she sent me a message that they don't know how to use eBay. We can proceed from there.

·8 months agosoh.meryl is asking for the actual listing number, not a transaction number.
If you made the purchase as a guest, you should see a notification email. You would need to sign out of eBay to see the transaction.
What do you see in My eBay under purchase history? If you don't see it there, good chance it was as a guest.
Not sure what you mean by confirmation number ?

Did you perhaps buy it as a "guest"? Do you happen to have the item #?
