·2 weeks agoJust wondering if anyone else is experiencing more refunds? I've had 4 this month on 10 purchases with 2 delivered, 4 refunded and 4 awaiting shipment or in transit.

·2 weeks agoHow are you choosing the sellers you do business with? I would say you have either had a string of very bad luck, or else you are dealing with new or inexperienced sellers, retail drop-shippers that do not control their own inventory, or scammers of one sort or another.

·2 weeks agoHi, Also the same here in New Jersey. Is there a way to arrange your active listings by "time left?" (30 days to 1 day) Mine are very out of sync. It was quite convenient on the all sellers - active section.

Using Seller Hub, go here:

Click on the "Time Left" column heading to sort by that option. Click again to reverse the sort order.

·2 weeks agoIf it is the page I am thinking of, eBay placed a banner at the top of the page indicating that it was no longer going to support the page months ago.
Most eBay selling info is available on multiple pages, though perhaps not in the exact format you are used to.

The banner stated they were considering and to post feedback.
All the info I needed was on that one page. It just took almost 10 min. to cancel an order with 3 items. Customer wanted to add more for combined shipment that was due out today.
Thanks again for the links. I used Seller Hub for a few months, do not like the format and truly believe we should have options available.

Apparently the feedback eBay received must not have been enough to get eBay to continue to support the page.
Unfortunately eBay changes things around from time to time, and links that once worked may no longer do so. There is little alternative but to find a different page or a different link that allows you to do what you need to do, often with some extra steps involved.
The eBay community is a great resource for sharing tips and tricks, and reaching out to other users can often provide workarounds and suggestions, though that may not always help if you are trying to get a shipment out the door in a hurry and don't have time to wait for a response from other users.
