I’ve followed all the basic recommendations from the eBay chat assistant including confirming my app is updated, cleared device cache and cookies, and restarted my phone. Someone with eBay needs to get this resolved.
I am also having the same issue and I keep getting error messages. I cannot see any views. I also submitted an express payment over two hours ago and ebay has not even sent it. Do we know if ebay is working on this or tell me how I can report the issue to ebay?
Hi there, I’m having the same issue. I just clicked on your 1974 Eisenhower coin, and it showed me 5 views today. So I guess we are all still getting views we just can’t see them. I hope they fix this soon.
Same issue here... One minute "Manage Active Listings" indicates that none of my items have prior "views" in the past 30 days.... and 15 minutes later, they all appear to have normal view counts restored... then a few minutes later, they all disappear again. Have to wonder... Is this impacting how my listings are being represented within the eBay algorithms?
My views have come back. I also experienced a total disappearance of sales. I actually went 24 hours with ZERO sales. It's insane. From Friday night to Saturday night - I don't know what ebay did but it appears to have cost me money. Funny to see a single day with zero sales on the chart. Definitely looks like an anomaly. I started getting offers again and made one sale so far today so at least things are happening again. Saturdays are usually one of my biggest days but yesterday (and a lot of Friday) was just a ZERO DAY. Thanks a lot Ebay. Why do you do this to us?
Shocking.. It's the same **bleep**.. these programmers have a HORRIBLE repository... which causes the same issues like this over and over and over. Programming 101 is to keep good files good and work off that.. It's why we have continual issues with payouts when something is changed.. etc..

·3 months agoThis has happened periodically on ebay. It always has corrected in a short time (days?). Mine have also gone to zero but I am still getting sales.
