AI is being scammed by seller by not able to recognize seller will not send shipping label
This is a scam, seller sold me a falsely described product and will not send me a return label. I purchased this model of the lungs to be human size and the size of a child/baby- worthless, unable to teach in classroom, not life size. I immediately requested a refund and they have sent me several emails back explaining how costly it is to send things back to China and to consider a refund and I can sell the model here in the states to get my money back. I have stated no - several times. They have found a way to stall, not send a prepaid label. They attempted to send me an address to China and was confusing and stated they will refund the shipping. I do not trust them and informed again to send a prepaid label. I can not report as the return is in process through ebay and their is no system to report scams - please advise...

Seller from China cannot provide a "shipping label" for return to China.

·2 years agoYou should have an option to escalate it to eBay after a few days of useless back and forth. Yes, shipping back to China is expensive. Seller will then be forced to provide a return label or issue full refund without return.
You must escalate it before 30 days has passed from when you opened the case. Many dishonest sellers knows this and they try delay tactics to string you along and hope you forget to escalate it before it expires. You should always escalate it if it's clear they are delaying you.
PS and hope eBay forces return shipping label before the seller can cancel and issue refund. Return shipping for small items with tracking can be over $20

·2 years ago@stevekeller - the seller in China needs to send you $$ for shipping.
They send this to your PayPal account BEFORE you ship it back.
Did you file a Not As Described case through eBay?
If you did - you need to wait for 4 days and then ask eBay to step in.

·2 years agoWhy complicate yourself? After getting pushback from seller, there is a clear solution. For all that is worth, get yourself familiarized with eBay money back guarantee. I'm sure that while you were waiting for item to deliver you got several emails on it.
Bottom line, you have 30 days from item delivery date to file a claim, item not as described, return for full refund at seller's cost. Seller will have 3 days to decide what to do, either provide a prepaid label for you to send item, and upon item receipt you get automatic refund. Or they will refund automatically and let you keep item. Once you start communicating with seller, sometimes they tend to stall you to get you out of the 30 day process.
It's good to get familiarized with your buyer's protection in order to minimize all these pitfalls. Sad reality is that not everyone is honest and there are some scammers out there.
Good luck.
