Add tracking to a case, submit button doesn't work with Safari
When trying to add tracking to a return case (as a buyer) the submit button would gray out and could not be submitted when using Safari Browser:
Version 16.6 (17615.3.12.11.3, 17615),
macOS Monterey Version 12.6.9
I was able to add the tracking using chrome. There is no link to report the issue from the page so I am leaving this here for others having issues and hoping that someone from ebay sees it.

·2 years agoEbay has been having a lot of IT technical issues with certain browsers. I had to change from my longtime browser to another one to cure some of my issues. I do know ebay is still working to fix the site issues.
