Active Listings not behaving correctly today.
Summary: dan_2004 reported an issue with eBay's listing display, noting discrepancies between the number of Active Listings and the profile page information. dhbookds suggested checking the browser, but dan_2004 had tried different browsers and operating systems without success. dan_2004 inquired about contacting eBay support directly. **nmw** advised using the chat phrase "call me" for live assistance. mam98031 explained that listing discrepancies might relate to stock options and site preferences, though dan_2004 insisted this was a new issue affecting relisting processes. The discussion highlights challenges with platform functionality and customer support access.
As of today, items listed under my Active Listings are incorrectly shown compared to all of the previous times (years) that I have used it. This is a very serious problem affecting my ability to sell under eBay.
More specifically:
When viewing the ‘Manage Active Listings’ page of My Ebay, it shows the number 512 for my Active listings.
However, my profile page indicates I have only 273 items.
Manage Active Listings is still displaying many items that have ended and that should have either a) been automatically relisted or b) moved off the active listings to Inactive listings.
This is what has always happened in the past (the many years I have used eBay).
Further, these items can all be easily identified because the ‘Time Left’ column is blank for them.
Please fix this problem as speedily as possible and inform me when I should see the correction.
Thank you for your help.

·Sep 14, 2026 at 7:29 PMThere are sometimes differences between what we see in our Active Listings vs what we see in our Stores. There are a couple of reasons for this.
In Active Listings it shows ALL listings whether they have a qty available or not. Especially if you have the OOS [out of stock] option checked in your Site Preferences for Selling Preferences. If you use this option, listings that go to a zero qty will stay on your active listing for up to 6 months but will NOT show in your Store count or if viewing your listings in a search.
The other thing that sometimes causes a momentary difference between Active Listings and your Store is as listings roll over to relist when they are Fixed Price listings. Sometimes there is a little time required to catch up on the numbers, but all listings stay available and searchable.

OPSep 14, 2026 at 8:47 PMThank you for your reply.
However, I have been a seller on eBay for many years and have never seen this behavior before. It is interfering with my ability to choose what to relist (many items should have been automatically relisted).
Also, this is not a momentary problem. It is well over a day now and this problem is still occurring.

·Sep 14, 2026 at 8:55 PMRespectfully that doesn't change anything that I previously said. While you may not have noticed it, it has always been a factor for all sellers. Like I said, sometimes the changes post quickly, but sometimes it takes a few hours. But your Active Listings in the Seller Hub are the reality of your listings and does update in real time. It is the searchability of the entire site that will sometimes lag behind, but as I previously described, if you are OOS on something, even if the listing hasn't update on the site but you updated the listing to a qty of zero, no one will be able to purchase from it.
I also said quite the opposite, you are correct, this is not a "momentary" problem. It is not a problem but the way the site functions and it can take up to 24 hours for listings to update across the site.

·3 weeks agoIf you're talking about the 8 auto relist for auctions, that doesn't last forever and it's for new or occasional sellers.

·Sep 14, 2026 at 2:24 PMI'm not seeing that.........sounds like the page isn't updating properly ......suggest you check to see if browser needs updating......try closing Windows and doing a restart.....then opening the browser again.

OPSep 14, 2026 at 2:33 PMI’ve already done all that. In addition, I see the same problem using a different browser on a different OS.

OPSep 14, 2026 at 2:37 PMIs there a way to speak live to a human eBay representative? Their support and help page does a very good job of making it seem like that’s not possible.
