Active / Inactive Listing Issues: Ended Listings Disappearing, But Still Showing on Listed Reports
This issue has become a massive mess, it just keeps getting worse and worse as the days drag on. Now about half the items I end never show up under the new "Inactive" section, no matter how long I wait. But these same ended listings are still showing up as listed on the active listings reports downloaded from eBay. I have tried to search the title, sku, and just the brand to find these listings but nothing shows up under active or inactive. This has screwed our inventory up to the point we are just going to have to end everything and start over again, the last time we had a similar issue we ended up having about 50 listings that were no longer available and had been ended show back up under active, but it wasn't caught until the items started to sell. I have too much inventory and too much to track to even attempt to go through it all everyday to see what active listings should actually be active so I just don't know what to do other than end everything...wait a few months and then start from scratch. Of all the marketplaces I deal with, eBay is the biggest glitchy mess of them all, and has been nothing other than a constant stream of technical glitches for the past two years. This is **bleep** eBay, what's even a bigger pile of **bleep** is that you NEVER keep us in the loop about these things. No announcements, no "we're working on it" just silence. I know I'm not alone, this is the most common issue I've seen reported over the last few weeks.

·4 months agoI had the same issue but sometimes I can find the ended listings elsewhere in the Seller Hub -> Overview -> Listings -> Unsold and Not Relisted. I hope you can find them there. It doesn't always work or sometimes there's a delay to see them there as well.
