Account Issues
I've tried for two days to talk with a person at Ebay and figure out why my account is restricted. I sold two items and they restricted my account. The Chat option is a joke and everytime Ebay calls, they hang up on me. There is not a number to call and talking with a person seems nonexistent. Any suggestions?
