Request your data dump, upload each file into AI like your Google AI and the sign in history will reveal from where and who. Was account information tampered with?
None of these links or suggestions are going to get anyone anywhere. The representatives dismiss and refuse to acknowledge these issues until the person gets sick of the run around and quites. It's a tactic and it's worked for a long time. People just give up because it's so hard to get past the call center and even if you do, team leads and supervisors don't do anything either especially if they were the cause. eBay cannot be trusted.
