"Access to eBay denied" message
Hi, I've been shopping on eBay US for over 20 years, with a 100% positive feedback. I'm based in New Zealand. Today something strange happened. I tried to open the site on my laptop, and the page was blank, with a small message: "Access Denied. You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.com/" on this server.
Reference #18.5d12e17.1777275665.28ce0982 https://errors.edgesuite.net/18.5d12e17.1777275665.28ce0982". I tried many times, and every time the bunch of numbers changes.
However, I can access eBay through the app on my tablet no problem.
There is no NZ version of eBay.
I have just tried to get into eBay Australia (though I've never used an Australian version), and it opened. When I logged in, my Watchlist and Purchase History were intact but my Shopping Bag is empty.

The site issues that eBay had been experiencing at then end of April have been dealt with since then. If you are still having problems you may be running into something else at this point.
Try using a new browser you have never used before with eBay, preferably the latest version of a newly installed browser with default settings and no add-ons. Or a private or incognito browser window to rule out cache or cookie issues. If that does not help, try using a different network connect. If eBay was having DDOS problems, eBay may have tightened security, and if you are using a VPN, hotspot or Starlink, those may be causing problems now even if they had worked previously for you.

·4 months agoThis happens to me evry few days. Suddenly it will fix itself and then happen a few days later. It gets annoying! Does anyone have a real fix for it? Happens in Firefox and Chrome but never on my iPhone

We do have an active ALERT regarding this:
"Alert 16622 Customers and teammates are unable to access eBay site getting an error message as "An error occurred while processing your request"
They are working to get this resolved ASAP!

Seems like only ebay.com is down.
