Access Denied
Hi everyone,
I’m facing an issue while trying to open eBay. It keeps showing “Access Denied” and says I don’t have permission to access the server.
Is anyone else facing this problem? Any idea how to fix it?
I’m using mobile with a normal internet connection, but still getting this error.
Would really appreciate any help. Thanks!

·4 months agoMine is still having this issue, while other's are reporting it's fixed. I cannot access any of my seller tools.

Try another browser or a private or incognito browser window to rule out a cookie issue.

If you are still experiencing an issue, we do have an active ALERT regarding this:
"Alert 16622 Customers and teammates are unable to access eBay site getting an error message as "An error occurred while processing your request"
They are working to get this resolved ASAP!
