So I accepted offers and than the order disappears. If I go to messages the order showing pending but is still â€œ buyableâ€ on my site and buyer does not see I accepted! They also cannot pay. I spent a while in chat with help and they say itâ€™s a BUG and will take 24 hours to fix! What not ok. This is my livelihood. I aske that they contact buyers and tell them of the lag and error so the offers donâ€™t delete as they are now. I asked all fees be removed they said after it is all fixed they will see what can be done. That they could not help it - â€œtechnology is out of our controlâ€ THEY are a tech company.
