Accepted an offer for a listing but will not allow buyer to pay
I accepted an offer from a person trying to a coin, it still shows in my selling overview as an offer I need to respond to, when I go in the status is pending and awaiting payment, speaking with the buyer and seeing their screen shots, they have attempted payment several times but it will not go through.
Help.

What do the screen shots show?
Where is the buyer actually located? Has the buyer tried different payment methods?
Does the buyer meet all your Buyer Requirements?
Check to see if the failed attempt appears on your Buyer Requirements Activity Log:

Other than that, there is little that can be done second- or third-hand to help a buyer having a problem making a purchase without the buyer reaching out to eBay directly.

OP4 months agoThanks for the information, the issue has self resolved now, I was selling the item via an Auction or best offer, the buyer sent in a best offer which I accepted but due to the issue, another buyer placed a bid on the auction which removed this functionality.

FYI, I have no buyers blocked currently, the message the buyer received stated they couldn’t pay for the item via eBay mobile and to pay via the Website (screen shot sent to me of this).
They tried this and new payment methods, no luck, they claimed to have then purchased other items from another seller, but was still unable to complete payment on my listing.
The buyer is located in the UK.

I was selling the item via an Auction or best offer, the buyer sent in a best offer which I accepted but due to the issue, another buyer placed a bid on the auction which removed this functionality.
That would certainly prevent the buyer from completing the purchase -- once a bid has been received, any offer or buy-it-now opportunity immediately ends and the high bidder at the end of the auction will be the winner.
