I'm really at a loss. I still have 4-5k in new parts to list but eBay has basically shrugged its shoulders and won't help fix my account. As you can see when creating a listing, the compatibility information is there. But after the listing goes live, it is not. Around a month ago it fell off most of my listings. It stopped working all together when using "sell a similar item". Now even when creating a new listing, the data is falling off. This has caused a big decline in sales because buyers cannot use the fitment tool or the eBay guaranteed fitment program.
