30 Year Top Seller Ready To Quit
I NEED HELP with IT. I am a Top Seller who is ready to QUIT. after 30+ years. My best friend passed away. I am helping the family sell his vast collection Lord of the Rings and a ton of other stuff. For tax purposes they wanted a separate acct. My IP address is now blocked and I can't even click on "Contact Us" It just gives an error message. I understand that bouncing back n forth between acct looks suspicious, but I just need to talk with a LIVE breathing person to resolve this. I'm about to have a stroke. The 2 accts is Fragrancenthings and Marcstoyland. The customer service link doesn't let me connect with an Agent. HELP ME please! An agent called me back yesterday and all he said was the website was down. Some situations do require more than just your AI!

·4 months agoThank you all for your replies. I was not blocked after all. eBay was having issues of their own which just happened to be the same time I started flipping back n forth between accounts. Meltdown averted.

Switching to mobile data (cell hotspot) instead of home Wi-Fi
Restart router if you haven't already (sometimes it rotates IP)
