20 year account I can't buy or sale. Funds owed from sales, sitting for 3 weeks now. 7-11 and KFC?

I can't list anything since any balance from successful sales accumulates in this 'grayed out' section of my profile. (20 year account) I have spoken to 20 yes 20 techs via txt, calling back never happens. Out of the 20 techs, I was a d*(k head because of the repeated tech questions over and over.

What's the error message?

There is no error message.

Reverting back to normal operation with my account allowing purchasing and selling doesn't work either. I have a 20 year account 100% feedback that is rendered useless.

Is it possible you need to update any information with ebay? Address, bank account, social security number, phone number? Did you schedule payouts?

I know when I started selling after a long long break I was able to list and sell up to my limits but not allowed to collect funds or schedule payments until my account was verified again.
