$100 Credit for Offsite Ads Campaign
Hi all! When I received the offer on November 15th for Ebay's promotion "$100 Credit for trying Offsite Ads" I accepted it right away. Then, I began my campaign the same exact day. So far I have incurred $15 - $20 worth of fees. I am a little concerned however because I keep receiving notifications for the campaign. When I clicked the "Opt-in" button today, I was notified that I was successfully opted in (starting today). I'm concerned that I will not get credited for the fees I have already incurred since November 15th. Anyone else have the same problem?

·9 months agoIts complete trash. I've attempted it twice now, only to not receive my credits and have to deal with incompetent agents from support that had no clue what I was talking about.

·2 years agoI am in the exact same position. Signed up for the $100 credit, have since opted out and they are still charging me. I made $150 dollars this week, which is bad enough, but have received no money in payouts. It's all going to offsite ads. This is ridiculous and a scam.

·2 years agoI just did this and was never charged anything. (Jan 14-March 31). Opted in, created a campaign and it covered the fees as it was used. You’ll probably want to call customer support to see why yours didn’t credit like that. I can see mine in the expired offers section of seller hub but I scheduled it to end on the last day of the promotion as well. Shows I used ~$84 if the $100. I had a daily budget set of $5 as well.

·2 years agoI didn’t use it after the promo personally. I had about $90 in charges and $90 in sales so wouldn’t have been worth it for what I was selling without the promo

·2 years agoJust to add I ran the campaign for about 5 weeks.

·2 years agoI too was offered this promotion, signed-up and set it up about the 2nd of December, I see the charges daily, but I can't find any of the $100 credit that I was supposed to get, I can't be the only one confused, I feel scammed by eBay!

·2 years agoSame here, two different numbers running for me.
One has $84 used (inside the promo offers panel) and the other screen under Ad Dashboard has $98.
Leave it up to this site to always confuse you when doing a new promotion. They always mess it up.
I’m pretty sure someone will correct me if I’m wrong, but any fees you incurred prior to “opting in†the $100 Credit will not be covered under the promotion. Fees incurred since you opted in will be.
Just to be sure you should contact customer service.
