Auctions no longer show bidders feedback to the right of the bidder id, all I see this (0)
Yesterday I noticed this when I went to check the list of bidders on one of my auctions that has quite a few bids. To the right of each bidders ID the feedback shows (0). if I click the id I can see the total FB for that ID. I checked all my other auctions and sure enough, all display (0) FB. Also as a side note, when the auctions end, there is no zip code in the "location field". I am not the only one, the same issue has been verified with others. This affects buyers and sellers.

Unlink Google Account - Causes error & won't unlink
Hello, to whomever this may concern, I'm trying to unlink a Google account from my eBay "linked" accounts. Instead I get a page that simply says "SORRY - Something went wrong on our end" with a string of characters. Can this be investigated and fixed please? I need to remove/unlink an account and this is stopping me... Thanks!

eBay App Refusing to work, SOS
eBay app refusing to work. Even after deleting, restarting device, and redownloading multiple times. App won’t load listings, won’t let me sign in, won’t even let me report an issue from the app. I can still access my account via web browser, but it’s not as convenient and I would love access to the app back. Please help.

Offers Not Showing Up
Edit: 9/8/26 - Last week the issue was seeming resolved for me. I updated this post to reflect that. Over the long weekend though, I had offers come in from buyers and once again the only notification was in my email. This issue is NOT resolved after all. Can one of you pass this along? TYIA This week I noticed couteroffers I recieve on offers I've sent out are not showing up in Seller Hub. Normally there is a red banner at the top beside the order banner. Instead, the only thing visible from Seller Hub is under the "Listings" section. This is easily overlooked. But for an email, I would't know I had an offer because chances are my eyes are not going to gaze down to that listing section in Seller Hub. “But wait, there’s more!” is entertaining when we’re talking about an infomercial, but it is incredibly frustrating when it describes the technical problems on this platform. When I click the link under the Listings section, I’m taken to a blank page claiming that I have no active listings. I cannot even view the offer. The only way I can access it is through the link in the email I received. I know eBay employees read this board. I appreciate you and the work you do, but the sheer number of technical problems being reported by both sellers and buyers in recent weeks and months is unacceptable. Many of these problems involve basic functions that should work reliably on a platform that has existed for decades and should be the industry leader in providing an efficient, dependable marketplace. These are not merely minor inconveniences. When essential features are broken or fail to work as designed, they interfere with sellers’ ability to operate their businesses and with buyers’ ability to use the marketplace. There is simply no reasonable excuse for this many persistent technical failures.

Listed Date missing in search results for newly listed
Multiple buyers are reporting this issue that interferes with their ability to efficiently scan newly listed in search and from saved searches. If this is you, comment here and report the issue. Report using the ? on the bottom right of the saved search page, or "Feedback" on search results page, or on the app, click the 3 dots ⋯ at the top of saved searches page. Auto Price Reduction Tool
Hi everyone, Iâ€™m an eBay seller, and on Tuesday, February 3 , the Auto Price Reduction option disappeared while I was actively creating and revising listings. Iâ€™m trying to determine whether this was a UI glitch, an account-specific change, or an intentional removal of the feature. I saw a related thread in which a mentor noted that the feature has been discontinued. I appreciate that response, but I havenâ€™t been able to find any official eBay confirmation (Seller Announcement, Known Technical Issues post, ALERT number, or staff response). Does anyone know if there is an official eBay source confirming that Auto Price Reduction has been discontinued, or where such changes would be formally announced? Additionally, is there a recommended way to confirm this directly with eBay , without going through Seller Help's Tier 1 phone support agents , if possible? Thanks in advance â€” just looking to verify this directly.

eBay claims I haven't paid for last several items which is incorrect
I just tried to bid on an item and i get popup that i haven't paid for the last several items and that I will be banned if it happens again. The issue is that I have never in my 23 plus years on eBay not paid for a single item. The only option to continue is to accept that I have not paid. I cannot even add items to watch list unless I accept that I have not paid. I look in my history and no unpaid items. I look at unpaid items tab, no unpaid items. Same issue on phone as computer so eBay obviously has an issue. I just missed out on auction as could not bid and I will not click to accept that I have not paid as it is obviously an eBay error. Is this an issue with others or just me. Still waiting for them to call back as said they would in 31 minutes and now past that and want to figure out before next auction ends

Hi everyone. I face a problem when I want to make offer for products. It says that "Attention buyer! We are unable to send your message at this time" when I want to make offer. It doesn't happen every time. It happens about half the time.

Ebay mobile app for android not allowing to purchase shipping label
Hello I m currently having an issue with ebay mobile app for android my phone is running android 12 When I try to purchase a shipping label the button shows I m pushing it but will not respond to actually purchase the label so I can then print it or choose to use IR code this just started over night all of the sudden I ve been using my current set up for a long time with no issues I ve tried clearing the cache, deleting the data, unistalling and reinstalling mobile app and restarting my phone, tried to by pass mobile app with logging into ebay from Google and logging in and going to seller hub all for same result? Plz help ty

Hey. Have you guys noticed any issues on your awaiting shipment page? Mine isn't showing the total dollar amount sold. I see all the sales displayed correctly, but the total $$ sales aren't. Any advice is appreciated.

Ended listings are not showing in "inactive" again just like last week ticket ALERT17029
Just like last week, I ended 77 listings this morning but they are not showing in the inactive list. The ticket number was ALERT17029 They are in my active listings but when you click on it it states the item has ended. When I view my items ending today in seller hub, it states there are 37. When you click that link, the list is empty.
