Item ready for pickup, but delivered already! HELP! No payout!
I sold an item that said the item was going to be delivered on a certain date, then it said the item was ready for pickup. The buyer RECEIVED the item at their home. I messaged them and they have no idea why the item says pickup. Now I wont get paid until it says delivered? The buyer already left me positive feedback. I don't know how to fix this. Please help. Aury

App keeps closing when I click on a search item
Every time I click on an item from the search page on my iPad, the eBay app closes. Why is this? If I make it a watched item, then clicking on it opens the item. I have the latest versions of iPadOS and eBay App.

Seller Hub Missing most of the time
On one of our accounts the Seller Hub is missing most of the time. It just comes and goes randomly. It is not the browser or the cache, it is eBay loading. That same account is seeing the negative feedback jump on and off the 30 day for 2 months now as well. It seems like an account level glitch.

I don't have the app. I don't want the app. I will never download the app because you have harassed the daylight out of me with this popup. Never How do I get this to stop? It's been going on and on for months if not for over a year. Why do you insist on harassing me multiple times a day? I can't even tell you NO. Because if I could tell you NO that would put you on par with people they put in prison. You don't seem to understand. NO. I don't want $10! NO I don't want the app.

I need a dark mode!
This site appears to be missing a dark mode, which in some circles is considered an accessibility feature. I know there are 3rd party browser extensions to "add" a dark mode, and those same 3rd party apps require you let them have full access to your browser session in order to do that. I trust eBay, I trust Google (maker of my browser), I don't trust Joe-Blows-Chrome-Apps out of Podunk, Kentucky. Can you please add it? Late at night after being in dark mode for extended period I have gone to the bright (I'm on OLED screen!) eBay sight and my eyeballs blow out my backside! Please, I'm dying here, please add a dark mode! Oh, and I know there are other posts on this topic but I couldn't reply to any of them. Maybe because I'm a new-to-the-forums user? I've been an eBay member since 1999 and now 25-years later I finally have a problem. I'm not a "complainer", just a guy who needs to be able to read the screen without pain at night.

Feedback Page Inaccuracies
Is anyone else experiencing inaccuracies on their feedback page? The feedback numbers in my table have been flip-flopping for the past couple of weeks. I have used the ? to report the issue to eBay, and also reported it through Instagram; however, the issue persists.

eBay Search by Image Not Working
On desktop when I do search by image it goes straight to a list of categories. No results, no error, just a silent fail without result.

Nothing Appears when I click VIEW ORDER DETAILS in my Purchasing History. I called eBay and the Rep said she saw exactly the same issue. Told me she would report it.

Notification emails worse I have seen in 24 years!
First the notification emails started shortening the titles so my stock numbers are completely cut off and I can not fill the order from the email. NOW my shopping cart orders are coming in with the same item multiple times instead of what was actually ordered! NEVER in 24 years have I seen eBay run so poorly! STOP CHANGING THINGS THAT WERE WORKING FOR 24 YEARS!

I'm just adding my experience into this paid subscription service too, judging by a quick search this is impacting an overwhelming amount of people. It can take me up to 30 attempts to make changes to my variation listings. I know some people say try this and that, its mostly talking to people just luck of the draw it went through. Setting up a promotion to run for a month is a horrendous experience right now it took me 4 hours on and off yesterday to update 6 listings..... Well, this is embarrassing. We're sorry, but the listing tool isn't working right now. Please try again later. Can crash out on revising listing or a simple fetch of a new page within the revise listing. I cannot believe I'm paying a premium for this....
