Double check your shipping rates - eBay is overcharging on some
We have had about 5 out of 30 incorrect shipping rates this morning. eBay is incorrectly applying the new increase for (Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii) to some stateside items. We were getting rates of $8 for 3oz Ground Advantage to Alabama, Oregon, South Dakota etc. The work around for us was Pirate Ship where we got the correct rates. This was across multiple accounts as well.

Message Body: Hi Liz and Community Team, I am opening a formal technical thread because my account ( ddmusk ) has been hit by a severe database corruption bug that has completely frozen my business operations. I need an immediate internal escalation to technical support. The Bug Proof: My main profile header accurately reflects a 99.9% Positive Feedback rating. However, the 1-month summary chart below is glitched and displays 1 Neutral rating (which falsely drops my monthly visibility percentage down to 98.33%). When clicking directly on that "1 Neutral" hyperlink to view the actual comment, the eBay interface returns this explicit error text: "There are no results for this search." The database clearly contains 0 neutrals for this month, but the public summary cache is completely broken and displaying an erroneous negative mark. The Account Fallout: Because of this ghost metric mismatch, eBay's automated back-end risk algorithm has completely restricted my account. I have 18,000+ active items and my sales have cratered to zero for the past 48 hours due to severe search suppression. On top of that, my payouts have been slammed onto a rolling 3-day hold after confirmed delivery. I spent my Sunday on the phone trying to explain this clear technical contradiction, but frontline outsourced phone supervisors simply hung up on me or left me on infinite holds rather than escalating the ticket. With 23,451+ feedback, I need an engineer to manually refresh my feedback profile cache to wipe this ghost counter and restore my store's search index visibility. I don't have the app. I don't want the app. I will never download the app because you have harassed the daylight out of me with this popup. Never How do I get this to stop? It's been going on and on for months if not for over a year. Why do you insist on harassing me multiple times a day? I can't even tell you NO. Because if I could tell you NO that would put you on par with people they put in prison. You don't seem to understand. NO. I don't want $10! NO I don't want the app.

Troubleshooting Incorrect Printing of eBay USPS Labels
I've been encountering issues with my eBay USPS labels printing incorrectly, which has been causing delays in shipping my sold items. Each label prints partially on one sheet of paper, the rest on another sheet. This just started happening 2 sales ago. I have been printing USPS labels through ebay for years. Everything else prints correctly. Could anyone share their experiences or solutions they've found effective in resolving similar issues? I CANT FINALIZE A BID
I’m not sure if the cause of this is because I use a very old iPhone (8) or if other people have experienced this but for some strange reason when bidding and after I type down the amount no bidding icon appears to finalize the bid. I have tried refreshing and logging off and on my eBay account but still no luck , any recommendations?

eBay Live Audio Issues in Web Browser
Hello All, I seem to have an issue on eBay Live when watching only on my PC. In either Chrome or Edge browser I cannot hear any audio from eBay live streams despite YT and other audio players working fine in both browsers. No issues in the mobile app, just on PC. What could be the issue? Thanks for any help.

"A new device is using your account" every time I log into ebay. Had to change my password 3 times.
Is this a widespread issue? I can't remember my password if I have to change it constantly. It's been going on for about a week.

Seller Hub Missing most of the time
On one of our accounts the Seller Hub is missing most of the time. It just comes and goes randomly. It is not the browser or the cache, it is eBay loading. That same account is seeing the negative feedback jump on and off the 30 day for 2 months now as well. It seems like an account level glitch.

I really need help with this. I keep getting pushed in circles in the automated help and there is nothing i can do to check on my item. The seller cant do anything and the item is constantly stuck in tracking. who can help me on this

Hello, Order #: 17-14838-31704 This order shows "on its way" but USPS tracking 9400108106244294944212 clearly shows Delivered on July 11, 2025. eBay has wrong tracking UPS Ground Jul 7.
