Lock out Payout due to ebay needing addtional bank information
Is anyone else getting repeated payout lockouts because eBay keeps asking for additional bank verification? I’ve never had issues before — I’ve received multiple payouts using the same bank — but lately eBay keeps locking my payouts and claiming they need more bank info. I’ve verified my account multiple times and submitted all the documents they asked for. They did verify it, but a few days later the payout gets locked again and they ask for more bank info. This has been happening for a couple of weeks now, probably four verification cycles in that time. The weird part is that I can add my debit card with no problem, but obviously payouts to a debit card come with a fee. It honestly feels like eBay is pushing people toward debit payouts just to collect more money. I’ve already called support and they weren’t helpful at all. Not sure what else to do at this point.

all matters can't be resolved in these online support options. what happened to customer phone service? my issues in the past were quickly resolved by direct phone support. now ebay is avoiding quick phone support for time consuming online help options which rarely help.

Buyer Receive Item - Ebay Said It Has Not Been Delivered
Hi. Both USPS and the buyer themselves say that the item was delivered July 11. In fact, the buyer says she's already worn the item and "loves it". Ebay shows the item "Sat, Jul 11 7:06am Out for Delivery, Expected Delivery by 9:00pm" How do I get Ebay to update to show that it has been delivered so that I can get paid for the item. I tried the chat "help." It was NOT helpful.

Business Policy Glitch, Duplicate Return Policy Keeps Being Auto Generated With Same Settings
We switched our account to business policies a few months ago and after finally getting the auto generated shipping policies under control I have encountered a different reoccurring issue with the return policies this time. When using the web listing tool, if you hit "sell similar" it used to choose the most used return policy, in our case a 30 days free return money back policy. Now it seems to have glitched out and every time a listing is created using "sell similar" it will instead create a new return policy that has the exact same settings. I have tested this by reassigning the listings, deleting the old policy while keeping the tab for it open and it will generate a new number each time. It is also slightly more frustrating than usual because you're not allowed to manually create return policies with the exact same settings as an existing policy so when I try to change the autogenerated name, I am unable to save the changes to the name. Is there any reliable way to fix this? I assume if I migrated all of the listings to the new policy it will also eventually not be detected and a third business policy will get created. It would also be annoying to migrate the return policy that has a majority of our listings in it because a handful would not be reassigned due to having open offers.

Has anyone else experienced issues with eBay's sales tax calculations when selling items? I recently noticed discrepancies in the tax amounts compared to what I calculated manually based on state tax rates. For example, I sold items to different states, and the tax applied did not align with the expected percentages. How have others navigated understanding or resolving these discrepancies? If you've faced similar issues, did you contact eBay support, and was the outcome satisfactory? Sharing your experiences could be beneficial for those of us trying to understand and potentially contest these charges.

Fix the Reports / Download Screen please.
If there's an engineering team responsible for the reports section of the website, could someone ask them to fix the reports/ downloads screen. It's a non-scrollable modal window. For people using laptops or small screens it's not possible to get to the ok / cancel buttons without blindly tabbing to them. This issue has existed for years. I use this screen monthly and it bugs me every time. I figured I should finally get around to reporting the issue.

Can't save Buy It Now price when Listing
I cannot create a Buy It Now listing (not an auction). When I commit to listing it, I get this in red: Looks like something is missing or invalid. Please fix any issues and try again. Buy It Now price The Buy It Now price that I previously entered is gone. I put it in again, try to list it again, and I get the same error. The Buy It Now price I entered is gone again.

Can't Relist Because You've Selected Automatic Relist?
Greetings, I listed an item to auction recently, but no one placed a bid. I was going to make some changes and relist it, but ebay sent me an email saying it was automatically relisted! I didn't want that, so I pulled that listing. I made the changes I needed, deliberately unselected the checkmark in the box that said to automatically relist it, and clicked on List. This is the pop-up I received:

I tried to go back to the listing to unselect the checkbox again, but I can't find it as an option anymore. I don't know what to do next. Any advice? Thank you.

USPS Calculated Shipping Mess - $7.90 - 1 ounce ship to myself in Sacramento
USPS said it was increasing package rates weekend of 7/12 eBay initially said its rates would not increase Then eBay said only Hawaii, Alaska and "rural" rates would increase But everything has massively increased. I switched to calculated shipping to try and keep my regular shipping rates for urban buyers with the new rates for rural. But it isn't working. Looking at my products I see $7.90 - up over $2 - using my own location to ship to myself. I'm in Sacramento metro - as urban as it gets. This isn't working. I already have a pissy message and lost sale.

New Coin Condition Requirements

These new coin condition requirements are frustrating. It's bad enough that the half the grading services listed in the drop down are even approved by eBay but I have yet to find a company that offers a plugin that is compliant with the new requirements. It's like developers aren't even bothering with it.
