Sack Vase

Hello eBay community.

I got this a few years ago and when I got it, I found one just like it on google lens.

Now that I'm looking to post it, I can't find another one quite like it.

About 6" tall and 7" wide. Looks like 969 or 696 on bottom, and just above that there is something I can't make out. Can anybody tell me anything? Thanks, Mike.
