Help with ID of this Brown Ceramic 4" vase

Hello.

I've had this in my office for awhile and still have not found any info about the bottom mark or any maker. Is it a craft item some child made for Mom, or what?

Anyway, I would appreciate any information anyone has to help me solve this problem.

I would start looking at Brush-McCoy, as they often used a 3 number code similar to this one. Brush-McCoy is my best guess.
