Anyone knows anything about this unusual Corning Ware pattern (couple sitting down having a coffee)?

There is the usual info about Corning under the casserole - Corning Ware P-43B 700 ml 10 Made in USA.

There are small dots over the markings. I think - not really sure - that it could be Braille lettering. (!?)

I see it's sometimes called Bistro or Cafe. This blog dates it to after 1996 because of the flat top lugs: https://www.corningware411.com/2018/01/mystery-corning-ware-bistro-cafe-french-coffee-shop.html
