Your payouts are currently on hold because your eBay account is restricted
Summary: A participant reported that their new account on eBay was restricted, even after verifying with Payoneer and receiving confirmation from eBay. They sought advice on how long it typically takes for the restriction to be lifted or if there's a way to expedite the process. Another participant noted that the thread was old and suggested starting a new one for better visibility.

·2 days agoI'm facing a similar issue. My account is also new and got restricted. I linked Payoneer and completed verification — Payoneer approved my info and eBay sent a confirmation email saying I can continue listing and selling. But my Seller Hub still shows the account restricted and payouts on hold.
Can anyone confirm how long this usually takes to update after Payoneer verification? Is it really 2-4 weeks, or is there a way to speed this up?

·1 year agoI'm assuming this is the account that's restricted.
When you made this post you were a member for only 5 days
Your payouts could be restricted because after linking Payoneer to eBay it takes 2-4 weeks for eBay to activate your seller account. Then after you sell something it will take up to 30 days to receive the payment.

·1 year agoWhy is your account restricted?
Were you dropshipping?
I can understand why, you're not selling anything with this account opened 5 days ago.
Did you sign up as a business and did you link a Payoneer account to eBay?
