Won't except my new bank info . . . I NEED to talk to a real person!!

I can NOT get eBay to accept my new debit card or my new checking account for payouts!!! I have searched in these forums and searched everything in the help area . . . no help at ALL. They say my name is not the same . . . BUT IT IS! They say for my checking that the login I am using isn't correct . . . BUT IT IS!
